This DC Update is specifically written for those just starting out with the state of Missouri.

Employee 2: A pension, like MOSERS or MPERS, is a guaranteed monthly paycheck in retirement.

Employee 2: You do have to meet some age/service requirements before you can retire and receive a pension.

Employee 2: Bottom line, work hard now and you'll get paid to relax in the future.
