Today we talk about how to get back on track with keto if you fall off your diet and what side effects you can expect from getting kicked out of ketosis. I also show you my favorite low carb pizza recipe. Enjoy! A **** Carlshead Pizza Recipe 170g full-fat shredded mozzarella cheese 85g almond flour 2 tbsps full-fat cream cheese Herbs and spices (optional) Any pizza toppings you desire! Preheat oven to 500F. If you have one, put a pizza stone in the oven and let it preheat with the oven while making the dough. Combine mozzarella cheese, almond flour and cream cheese and stir to mix slightly. Microwave for 1 minute. Stir again. If not fully melted/incorporated, microwave again for 30 seconds. Roll dough out between two pieces of parchment paper until 1/8" flat. Peel off top layer of parchment and put pizza (bottom layer of parchment stays on) into over for 6-8 minutes (watch carefully). When pizza is golden brown, remove. Add pizza toppings and bake for an additional 5-8 minutes until cheese is melty. Enjoy! ****
