Today I whipped up a little coffee alternative. If you're trying to cut back on caffeine, or just love all the antioxidant power of matcha, this recipe is for YOU. It's creamy, delicious, basically amazing for you and very low carb/low calorie. I'm drooling as I'm talking about it. Recipe below along with links to my favorite products! Xoxo, Ash ***** Matcha Green Tea Latte 1 tsp matcha powder (This is a good option: http://amzn.to/2roroLc) 1 cup of Almond/Coconut/Cashew/Real milk of your choice 5 drops of stevia (alternative: one tsp of local, raw honey) 1/4 cup boiling water Add 1 tsp of matcha powder to your glass, then stir with 1/4 cup boiling water until well combined (1-2 minutes). In the meantime, heat milk of choice until steaming. Add stevia and froth until foamy and delicious. Pour milk into matcha liquid gently, scooping the foam on top. Sprinkle with extra matcha powder. Voila!
