Steps to reset a local user account password with a password reset disk in Windows 7:
Insert the password reset disk.
Click Reset password.
Click Next.
Click the drop-down menu and select the drive the password reset disk was created on.
Click Next.
Type a new password.
Type the password again to confirm.
Create a password hint.
Click Next.
Click Finish.
Use the new password to sign in to Windows.
